We have standardized pricing based on your size and scale, on a rolling 1-month basis. You only pay for what you need.
All processes, integrations and automations are custom to your own needs, and that's included in the price. We can provide custom quotes for specific projects or if you need ongoing support.

There's flexibility in the timelines, too. If priorities shift (it happens!) we can pause the working arrangement or keep it low touch for a while.
You'll need Sales Hub Professional at a minimum to access the features required to build scalable, repeatable processes. Typically clients will purchase Marketing Hub Pro next, but we can recommend various other tools if you prefer.
Service Hub can be beneficial if you have a large Customer Success or Support function, but it's not required. When we discuss working together, we'll also tell you what you might need in future so you can cost accordingly.
The most important thing is that you have the internal knowledge to manage HubSpot and make basic adjustments yourselves. We'll hand over support materials, videos and provide training sessions as required.
You can also keep us on retainer for ongoing maintenance and support for as little as $750/month.
